Thanks to you, our generous and loyal customers, our 3rd annual food drive to benefit Long Island Cares was a rousing success!  This year, we filled two barrels to overflowing with nonperishable foods, personal care items and pet food, for a total of 500 lbs. And, thanks to all of you who responded so overwhelmingly to the last minute request by Long Island Cares for specific Thanksgiving food items.

As you know, in conjuction with our food drive this year, Bill Cassidy, General Manager of Morton's Steakhouse in Great Neck, contributed a $150 gift certificate for dinner at the restaurant. For every bag donated to Long Island Cares, you received an entry into a random drawing for the gift certificate. We have drawn the winner from all entries submitted and the winner is . . . .
